Can my Brother-in-Law become guarantor to apply for an Education Loan?
Hello Sir,
I want to do MBBS and for this I want to apply for an Education Loan. I would like to know that as my father don't have enough income so I can make my Brother In Law a guarantor? Is it possible? |

Yes, you can definitely make your brother-in-law as the guarantor for your education loan since your father do not have enough income. There is no problem in making your brother-in-law the guarantor of your education loan provided he is willing to become the guarantor and complete all the necessary formalities as per the bank's orders from which you are opting for education loan.
