Is it possible to present my Brother-In-Law as a Guarantor to apply for Education Loan due to my father's death?
Dear Sir,
I want an Educational Loan for doing Master of Management Studies. My father has passed away so is it possible for me to attached my Brother-in-Law's Income Tax details as a Guarantor to get an Education Loan? |

If your loan amount is less than 4 lacs then there is no need of a guarantor. But if your loan amount is more than 4 lacs than surely your brother in law can become your guarantor for education loan. But make sure that he has all the needed documents. Thanks
