No, the University Grants Commission doesn't provide education loan for pursuing degree course. The university grants commission is the statutory body which provides recognition to the educational bodies. You can apply for an education loan in any bank by submitting the required documents like Admission Letter, Income Proof, Address Proof, ID Proof, etc., to bank for processing your education loan.
