See if you have done different degrees from correspondence mode, your institute from which you have done degree program must be approved by the Distance Education council and University Grants Commission then only your degree will be valid for various entrance exams.

As you have secured 60% marks in master' s degree in commerce, you can apply for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test conducted in June and December every year for lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship because minimum of 55% marks in master's degree is required for this exam.

The upper age limit for JRF is 28 years and no upper age limit for Lectureship. If you clear the NET exam and if there is vacancy in government colleges, you can get recruited as lecturer in any college.

You have done Graduate & Master degrees both correspondence & having very good marks in Post Graduation. If you want to become Lecturer in Any Private college then I would like to suggest that you would have to do B.ed which is 2 years degree course .
If you want to become Lecturer in any Govt. college then you have to clear UGC exam .

If you want to go in Govt. sector jobs .There are some Govt. exams are:-
Clerical Exam
PO Exam
SSC (Staff Selection Commission)
IAS
IPS
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
