hello
i have scored 23 marks in gate, i belong to b.tech from ec branch.
My gate score is 368. In which colleges i should
apply to get scholarship for m.tech programme.

No, it is not possible to get scholarship for pursuing M.Tech course after securing 23 marks in GATE examination. You have secured very less marks in GATE examination, so, it will be difficult for you to get admission in M.Tech course. If you have secured admission in M.Tech course in any college/ university, you can apply for scholarship which is provided by your respective state government.
