What to do if got message from Merit Cum Means Scholarship that your application is still under verification at institute level?

As you are notified that your application is still under verification of Institute level so you have to keep patience until the verification process is over and you will be notified for the same as well.

My application is verified in the state level still i didnot get the scholership, i had recieved message that your application is verified in the state level to my registered phone number. But still I didn't get any scholership. I applied 3 years conservatively. All these 3 years, it was verified in the state level. But still no scholership for me, what should I do.?
