When the application form of Pre-Matric Scholarship will be published?


Hello,
I want to apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship. I am studying in 9th standard. So, what is the date of issue of application form?

Pre-Matric scholarship is offered for candidates who are studying from class 1 to class 9 students.

The last date for online application submission is on 31-10-2015.
