I have failed 10th class but I have B.A. degree from IGNOU (52%) entrence by BPP. I have passed PTET2012(RAJ.) exam. and alloted b.ed college by JNVU. When I meet to b.ed college pricipale& contect to jnvu both refused to me addmission. It's cause I have not passed 10 & 12th classes. Please tell me It's correct or not.

s per the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE), the minimum percentage of marks required to pursue Bachelor of Education is 45% in graduation, but there are very few institutes which considers students who have scored less then 50% marks. As per the eligibility criteria of many Institutes, candidate must have scored a minimum of 55% marks to be considered eligible for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program. B.Ed is 1 year course for teaching before B.Ed it require the entrance test Entrance Test Required the following Eligibility >> The candidates should have passed the BA/B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc (Home Science)/BCA/BBM examination >> Candidates with at least 50% marks either in Bachelor's degree or in the masters degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible >> However, candidates belonging to all other reserved categories should have secured 45% marks in the qualifying examination >> The candidates should have complete 19 years of age on 01-07-2012. all the best............... Bachelor of Education is one year long course related to teaching. Those who have interest in becoming school teachers are mandatory to appear for this exam. In all government schools as well several private schools, it is mandatory to have Bachelor of Education degree to become teacher.
Once you have completed B.Ed, you can easily appear for the entrance exams for teaching jobs. One such example is Teachers Eligibility Test which is a state level exam conducted in each state. Central Teachers Eligibility Test is the exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education tor recruit teachers for government schools. To pursue Bachelor of Education, one need to have a graduation degree. Depending on your graduation course, you will be taught to teach different subjects to the school students. For example those with B.A. degree are trained in subjects like history, geography, civics. Eligibility. 1. A graduation degree in any stream. 2. At least 50 percent marks. 3. OBC candidates need to secure 45 percent marks in graduation. 4. SC/ST need 40 percent marks. 5. The educational pattern of the candidate should be 10+2+3. The qualifications required for B.Ed entrance exam is: 1.Must be a graduate (BA/BSc/B.COM/BBS.....) 2.Must have 50%in graduation for general category & 40% for reservation category ALL THE BEST................... |

you have not mention your category. >If you are a General/OBC category candidate, then you are not eligible to apply for B.Ed. entrance exam. As for Gen and OBC candidate– Graduation with minimum 50% is required. >If you are a reserved category candidate, then you can apply. B.Ed. - Bachelor of Education, is a teacher's training course and can be taken after Graduation Degree.
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with 50% marks from a recognised University, can apply for B.Ed. through entrance exam. |
