NDA - National Defence Academy

NDA is one of the exam conducted by UPSC and it is held every year 2 times.The exam is conducted for candidates to serve in Indian Navy,Army,Air force.The eligibility criteria's which you must possess to write the exam are:

Eligibility:

The candidates must be a citizen of India.
The candidates must be a unmarried male candidates.
The candidates must have a age limit of 16 1/2-19 years.

Education Qualification:

For Army Wing of NDA:

The candidate must have passed 12th class with 10th and +2 pattern in school education conducted by state education board.

For Air Force and Naval Wings:

The candidates must have passed the +2 with physics and mathematics as in their subjects conducted by the state education.

Sorry friend you cannot apply for the exam as you do not satisfy the age limits as you have born on 05.05.1992.The criteria says the candidates must have not born before 2nd July 1993 and not later than 1st January 1996.

You can try for any other service exams like IAS,IPS,CDS etc..

you need to have completed XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities.

if interested you can apply to the Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur, House, New Delhi-110011, on the application form published in newspapers.

NDA criterias

1. Qualification required -
Candidate should complete the 12th with science (physics,chemistry,math ) from any recognized board .
2. 6/6 vision is required.
3.Age limit = 16.5 to 19 years.

NDA (National Defence Academy) is one of the platforms through which you can express your indomitable spirit for your own country India.

Eligibility for Indian Army :
1:You should pass 12(10+2)th or its equivalent from State Board / Universities. you can also apply as appearing for 12th examination.

2:Marital Status:Unmarried

3:Sex :Male.

4:Age Limit : Between 16.5 and 19.

5:Nationality:

You have to be A citizen of India, or

subject of Bhutan, or

subject of Nepal, or

Tibetan refugee .

Application Forms are published in any leading newspapers during March or April every year and entrance examination to be held by the UPSC six months later from the application form is published.

The UPSC (NDA) exam is conducted twice a year (April and October)in all major cities throughout India.

Each year course start twice January and July.

3.>Married candidates are not allowed.

To appear for NDA examination, your age should between 16 1/2 to 19 years. So, if your age lies between 16.5 to 19 years, then you are eligible to apply for NDA Examination.

Educational qualification -

For Army Wing of National Defence Academy - 12th Class pass of or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of the Indian Naval Academy - 12th Class pass or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

And if you are appearing in the 12th Class or equivalent examination then you are also apply for this Examination.

NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY [NDA]

This examination is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION [UPSC] every year for two times.
Through this examination one can apply in all the combatant force of the Indian army, i.e.,
NAVAL FORCE
AIR FORCE WING
MILITARY BRANCH..

For apply in this examination, the minimum educational qualification needed a 12th degree from a recognized college..
For apply in naval & air force , you must have subjects Physics & Maths in 12th with at least 60%.

The age limit exist for appear in this exam, is 16.5-19 years, there is not any kind of age relaxations criteria is applicable for any reserved category .

Cadre spent 1 year training in AFA,NA,IMA.

As per your date of birth, you have already completed the age of 20 years. In such case you are not eligible to appear for NDA Exam.

I don't know whether you have taken this exam earlier or not. But with the age which you are having now, you are not at all eligible to apply for NDA Exam.

If you have completed Graduation, then better try for CDS (Combined Defence Services Exam).

By cracking this exam, one can join
Indian Naval wing
Indian Air Force wing
Officers Training Academy etc.

To get any government job, the competition is very high.

Strong preparation should be required for the candidates to get the job.

So, first know the syllabus and have the study material to complete the syllabus and try to remember it for a long time.

During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. There will be a compulsory paper of Mathematics in the NDA Exam, conducted by Union Public Service Commission. You can always opt for the NDA entrance test provided you have studied maths in class 10.
