in IIT-JEE there are 3% seats are reserved for ph category. duing councelling you must have show your certificate of physically handicapped. then you should prepare your certificate.

what is the eligibilty criteria for physical handicapped students under obc caste?

Firstly, all of th PH candidates need to have their PH certificate issued from a gazzeted doctor, like the Chief Civil Surgeon. This is mandatory. The doctor will assess and on his own jurisdiction he will issue the certificate with the percentage of disability and its type.

Then you will have to see if that percentage is more than or equal to that mentioned by the examination. If true, then you fall under the PH category, else not.

There is 2% of total number of seat is reserved for physically challenged student in IIt.

Friend my suggestion is don't wait for this reservation quota study hard and crack this examination.

After cracking this examination you go to your IIT with the document bellow for verification at the time of admission.

1.>date of birth certificate.

2.>10,10+12 pass certificate.

3.>Physical Handicapped certificate

you have to show the certificate issue by any government officer at the time of counselling as a paper proof.
