net consists of three papers.

paper one is of objective type to check the teaching quality of the candidate.

paper two is also of objective types,which consists of basic questions related to subject choose by the candidate.

paper three consists of discriptive types questions of the subject choosen by candidate.

syllabus in nothing more then what you have tought in your master degree.

just keep your basic concept of the subject clear and you will win.

hi i m nilima bhosale i want to syllabus on horticulture for ARS / NET.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Horticulture, Home Science, Sericulture, Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering in minimum 60%. Also your age should not be less than 19 years.

The application form can be send to the Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, Pusa, New Delhi-110012, on the prescribed application form.

ARS NET Examination is Conducted by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) Every Year.

This examination is Conducted for determining eligibility for recruitment of Lecturers and Assistant Professor. To apply for this examination, you have to complete your Mater degree course in Agricultural
Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Fisheries Sciences, Agricultural Engineering and Technology form a recognised Board.

Age Limit:

For ARS: Your age should between 21 to 32 years

For NET: You must have attained the age of 21 years. Upper Age relaxation is available for candidates those who belong to SC/ST/OBC and Persons with Disabilities.

This examination is Conducted in 2 Stages, Preliminary ARS/NET Examination and Main Examination.

Those who completed the Preliminary examination are eligible for Main Examination.

The examination fees of ARS/NET Examination was Rs 1000 and you have to pay the fees through a Crossed Bank Draft only, drawn in favour of Secretary, A.S.R.B. and payable at New Delhi with the application form.

In ARS Main examination there will be one paper of 240 marks with 3 hour’s duration and the
questions from each discipline will be subjective. So, Please prepare well for Preliminary Examination Only then you are eligible to appear for Main examination.

Preliminary Examination ARS/NET Pattern :

Part A - Objective Type, and in this section consists of 50 General Knowledge questions based on the seven groups of Agriculture and Allied Sciences.

Part B - Objective Type, and in This section consists of 150 questions from the professional subject.

The Notification of this examination will be Published in the employment Newspaper or in the official website, So please wait for the Notification, If you have already completed your Master degree course in the above given Disciplines, and for more Information please check official website :
