DEAR,
Dont worry that does'nt matter,just go and post the form. Priority is given to father's name if he is alive and is your gaurdian,they will ask for your mother's name only if mother is your gaurdian and father is not alive. And also there are lots of reason for your forms not to rejected,dont worry post it. ALL THE BEST.
