Re: Btech or Bcom? which graduation to do if I want to do MBA later?
If you find Btech waste of 4 years then you need not to go for it as you are not at all interested in it and therefore you probably go for Bcom and then you can pursue MBA....

Dear vinay B.tech and MBA are two separate course. One is engeneering and anather is management. The student who done mba after b.tech they have not any right selection. In other side if you are a b.com graduate then mba is not a wrong selection. Because you can take finace specialization which improve your personality. So you should go for b.com.

Re: Btech or Bcom? which graduation to do if I want to do MBA later?
The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidates in order to be eligible to join MBA course is by completion of Graduation.
The minimum percentage of marks that are required for the candidates in Graduation is 50%. Relaxation is there in percentage of marks upto 5% for the candidates of SC or ST category. There is no upper age limit at all for the candidates to join this course. It is not a matter at all for the candidates whether he has completed B.Com course or B.Tech course since candidates from any Graduation are eligible to join MBA course. The reason why many of the candidates opt for MBA soon after the completion of B.Tech is that they can attain managerial skills along with the core knowledge so that they will easily preferred by the organizations at the time of hiring. Once Organizations recruit these candidates, they can use these people for core activities and also for managerial activities. And these people are having better chances to become Managers in the organizations that they are going to join. You did not mention the highest level of academic qualification that you have. What I suggest you is to opt for the course in Graduation in accordance with the stream that you have gone through in your 10+2. Start preparing for CAT or MAT Exams from the 2nd year or your Graduation so that you will be having better scope to crack the Entrance Exam. Perform well in MBA course and make most out of it. Wish you all the best. |
