Re: IAS exam eligibility for 35 years aged 10th class pass person
The maximum age limit for IAS is 30 years which is relaxed 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST. The minimum educational eligibility is graduation. So, as you can not fulfill any of the condition, you are not eligible for IAS exam.

Re: IAS exam eligibility for 35 years aged 10th class pass person
Hai,
You are not eligible to write IAS exam, there are two reasons why you are not eligible for this exam. First one is your age the maximum age for general candidates is 30 years and relaxation for the reserved candidates, now your age is 35 years so you are not eligible. Second one is your educational qualification as per civil services examination the minimum educational qualification for the IAS exam is graduation from any recognised university. So you are not eligible to write IAS exam. |

Re: IAS exam eligibility for 35 years aged 10th class pass person
For IAS minimum Eiligibility Critteria is such that candidate must be Graduation passed in any field weather through distance or regular mode.
And the age limit for General candidates is 30 years, for OBC 30 years, while for SC/ST there is relaxation of 5 years and for Deaf, Blind etc. there is relaxation of about 10 years. You have only Matriculation passed, so no possiblity in any condition for you. |

Re: IAS exam eligibility for 35 years aged 10th class pass person
Dear Friend,
The IAS Exam is the popular name for the Civil Services Examination. This Exam is conducted every year by the Union Public Service Commission for the recruitment of successful candidates in IAS, IPS , Treasury, etc. The Complete Eligibility Criteria Required for Civil Services Examination are : * you must have completed your graduation in any discipline from any recognized college/university. * Candidates in Final year Of graduation are also eligible. * your age must lie in between 21-30 years considering you to be from General Category. * There is also a relaxation in upper age of 3 years for OBC category and of 5 years for SC/ST category. * Nationality : You must be an Indian Citizen. So , from the above mentioned , you can see that there is no way for a 10th pass person to apply for Civil services Examination. This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |
