You are preparing for a competitive exam where you need to beat others not only in perspective of knowledge but also in time management.
NCERT textbooks will help you strengthen your basics which is an absolute must. But you will have to refer to objective textbooks available that will provide you with the range of questions from every corner of the topic and also from previous years papers enabling you to get a feel of the difficulty of the exam and how solid your preparations are. By solving those questions in time will make you well prepared.
There are many publications who bring out quality books.
Also read magazines, they shall also help a lot.

yes these books will be able to help you a lot . but you must study these books very deeply.. then after that for more knowledge go through the other books.

coaching centres tells you about important content,you can clear pmt without coaching but need a lot of effort
