U are eligible for NET as it requires only a Master Degree from any Recognized University.

I got 60% in M.F.C. In which subject I should appear NET? In commerce or mgmt?

NET stands for National Eligibility Test.

the eligibility criteria is master degree graduation in any stream from any recognized university.

there is no age limit for this exam

Yes you are eligible for UGC-NET Provided that you have got atleats 55% aggregate in your master degree,if you belongs from general or OBC category.However,there is a relaxation of upto 5% for candidates from SC/ST/PH category.
You have done master degree in business economics(M.B.E) and to the best of my knowledge it will come under 'Business studies' for NET that means you are defenitely eligible for it.
