You can opt for any of the above mentioned courses which you are interested to get more salary.You should have strong commitment towards your performance in academics like getting good percentage of marks, in gaining good subject knowledge. Then only you can get the job.If you want to do Medicine, opt for 10+2 with life science subjects like Biology, Physics, Chemistry etc.If you want to do Engineering course, then opt for 10+2 with the stream where you are having Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects.
If you want to do CA course, opt for commerce related stream in 12th class.

I am intrested in commerce but I am not so good in studies so what can I do please suggest me
