i think be(cs) is best from all these course......duration of be is 4 year and u will get the job after doing be but the duration of MCA and Msc are 3year and 2year after Bsc cs.....just think in total it will take 5 or 6 year to complete your studies...than only u will get a job.....so as far as i am concerned it better to opt be cs......

Msc and mca r both different...both have good scope of job opportunities in research field and technical field respectively.

There are so many jobs available after doing MCA or MscIT.If you want to do M-Tech after MCA there are some university which provide Mtech for MCA course .but if you have MScIT you can join any good university for your Mtech Program.

So in my opinion Msc is better than MCA because Msc is academic degree and MCA is technical degree. MCA is fully depend on IT field and Msc is depend on one field and little knowledge in any field
When it comes about MCA or Msc ,MSC is recognized all over the world as it is a Master of Science degree. Msc course is designed by having science aspect in mind and to introduce a deep knowledge to a student where MCA is a further BCA which is good as well but MSC holds a unique recognition.
