Can i get admission in diploma without passing h.s.c? i fail to pass 12th standard with 29%marks

As a class 10 pass candidate you can pursue diploma courses from ITI, private institutions, computer institutions etc. As you have not mentioned what kind of diploma you are interested in so it difficult to guide to the point. There are several diploma course on offer for class 10 pass students which you can pursue as per your interest from ITI. You can also opt for computer diploma courses in hardware and networking or courses of your choice.

Please tell me about in refrigiration and air conditioning ITI as a part time or corspondence. presently i am Matric Pass with two year industirial experiance
