Arts colleges usually offer UG courses like BA, BBA or BCA. Pass in 12th with a minimum of 50% marks is the qualification required in most cases. Admissions will be offered in merit basis. Marks obtained in 12th acts as the basis for admission. Application forms can be collected from the web portal of the concerned college/University.
