You can go for MS or MCA if you have are interested in Computer Sciences.

You can also take other professional courses like pilot training.
Otherwise you can join the Army as a engineer or any other agency.

Your options will depend on the area you specialised during B.Tech. If you are not interested in getting a master's degree then you have the option to go for short term course. You have options like going for further specialisation in SAP, VLSI, data networks etc. Choose the course which will help you in your career. You can visit institutes like NIIT, Aptech to know about the options available for you.

if u have intarest on on subject so u can do M.tech

After completion of B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA are the most convenient options to go for.
Although you can try for the following:-
1. SAP
2. Toefl
3. GRE
I will like to suggest you to go for MS(i.e.-Master of Science)
It will help you to go miles in your carrier.
