wat are the options to study after b.tech except M.tech or MBA or Civils ??

You can go for MS or MCA if you have are interested in Computer Sciences.

You can also take other professional courses like pilot training.
Otherwise you can join the Army as a engineer or any other agency.

Your options will depend on the area you specialised during B.Tech. If you are not interested in getting a master's degree then you have the option to go for short term course.
