you can apply before your graduation too.....the minimum eligibility is 12th....and it takes 3-4 years to complete, including training etc., so since you are already a graduate, its better to apply and register now.

Also since its done via corresp. you can work as well as study.

I have done LLM intending to go for PhD , kindly prescribe the procedure, in marine insurance.
