Age relaxation for government employees to apply for scientist position in DST?


I'm working in DRDO- a central govt organisation in a scientific field. I want to apply for a scientist position in DST the age limit for which is 35 years. I am 38 now. How much age relaxation i can get?

Age relaxation for government employees to apply for scientist position in DST is maximum 30 years.

How much age relaxation of departmental candidates is permissible in autonomous bodies of Govt. of India, can head of depart has a discretion to relax age of departmental candidate or not
