my 10th percentage is 78 (icse) inter 94 and btech cgpa is 6.8 by the end of 3rd year . will i be eligible for campus interviews ?? if so which companies ???

as per my point of view you are eligible for maximum of software company.

because your academic record is so good.

the company are TCS , CTS, WIPRO, IBM,L&T ,HP etc

In almost all colleges, the colleges will issue a circular to the students mentioning them about the minimum qualification required to appear for campus interviews. As per the previous years recruitment drives, you are presently having all the necessary percentiles that the companies will ask for. You will have to check with your campus placement cell about the conditions to apply and its formalities. The major software companies like Wiro, Tcs, Infosys etc will take in candidates with these percentages. You can also apply for almost most of the Public sector companies too.

I am a B.Tech first year student, I got the results of 1st sem recently. My sgpa is 6.92, is it something to fear. Will I face difficulties later for scoring low in the first sem?
