Only those candidate have completed graduation degree are eligible for SBI PO exam.There are no percentage criteria for SBI PO exam.

If the degree has been done from a recognized university then you are definitely eligible to sit for the SBI PO Examination. Here is the full eligibility criteria of this exam for your own convenience:-

For this examination like i said earlier all you need is a graduate degree but this degree needs to be attained from a recognized institution. In addition to that you also need to have knowledge about basic computer handling.

Usually the age of the candidate needs to be between 21 and 30 years but there is upper age limit relaxation for the following candidates:-

1. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 35years
2. Other Backward Classes: 33 years
3. Persons With Disabilities: 10 years
4. Ex-Servicemen: 35 years
5. Candidates from Kashmir Division: 35 years

The selection procedure of this exam is:-

1. Phase I:- Objective Test and Descriptive Test
2. Phase II:- Group Discussion and Interview
3. Final Selection

For the objective section you have to stress on the following areas:- English Language, General Awareness, Data analysis and interpretation, Reasoning and the descriptive paper tests the english language skills and questions will be on comprehension, small outline, article and letter writing.

Final selection will be based on the marks obtained in both the phases of selection. You need to get the pass marks in both the phases. The marks are aggregated and then the names of the eligible are arranged in descending order. Minimum 40% of marks needs to be attained to qualify and SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates needs to get 35% of marks.

If you have finally completed your BCA course then only you will be eligible to apply for SBI PO Written Exam.Its no matter whether you have completed your Undergraduate course from regular/distance college,the only reason is that you should be passed out.

Eligibility requirements for SBI PO Exam :-

~You must be a citizen of India.
~You should be pass out with no backlogs/back paper from any recognized university.

SBI has limited the number of attempts which a candidates can apply for SBI PO Written exam.Its details are as follows :

The Selection Procedure will be carried out in three phases.These are :
1)Written Test.

Phase I - Written Test :
~Written test will include two kinds of test.First will be objective type and second will be written type.
~Questions in objective type will be from Reasoning,Data Analysis and Interpretation,English Language and Reasoning.
~Each section will be of 50 marks and total time duration will be 2 hours.
~Second section will include questions and answer from the given passage.You will have to answers in your own language.Total time will be 30 minutes and marks will be 50.

Phase II - Group Discussion and Interview :
~Group Discussion will be of 30 marks and Interview will be of 20 marks.
~Candidates who will get pass in written exam will be called for Interview and Group Discussion.

Phase III - Final Selection :
~During Final selection 40% marks will be added from your academic qualification and 60% marks will be added from Written test,Interview and Group Discussion and it will be converted into 100%.
~Those candidates who will be top scorer will be finally called for joining this job.
