AM I eligible for Assistant Teacher post in WBJEE after completing 3 years BSc in computer application(Vocational)?

I have completed 3 yrs. Bsc. in Computer Applications (vocational) from Vidyasagar University. Am I eligible for the Assistant teacher in West Bengal SSC 2012 examination?
