Am I eligible to get into BTC after scoring 48% in B.Sc as a general category?

Qualifications for BTC course:
1. Candidate should have completed their graduation with minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university. There is 5% relaxation of marks for reserved candidates as per government rules.
2. Candidates age should be between 20 to 30 years. There is age relaxation for reserved candidates as per government rules.

As you said that you are from general category and you have scored 48% marks so you are not eligible for Basic training Certificate(BTC) course. Thanks
