i was completed degree in distance can i eligeble for soft ware job in mnc else any non mnc please give me information it was very urgent to me they will accept or not

To be true to you many of the multi national and non multinational companies hire candidates completed their degree through non correspondence or direct mode. .you will be preferred less when compared to other students who would come across through direct mode of education. . In order to get good jobs at top software companies you would have good programming skills. .you should be talented in software developing and software designing etc. . .be positive and attend the interview. .if you are really a well talented fellow then you will be hired under no doubt. .good luck buddy. . .and one thing "get prepared to give self intro for more than twenty five minutes " . . Many companies expect this . . And this is felt to be a challenging questions for many candidates in interviews. . . .

You should have mentioned about the graduation course which you have either completed of considering through distance learning.


Only candidates who have completed graduation in Engineering are eligible for job in MNC Software companies. The candidates who have completed B.Sc in Computer Science or IT or Bachelor of Computer Applications are generally not considered for the job in any software company.


Apart from Engineering, candidates with Master of Computer Application degree are eligible for the job. Therefore I am assuming that you are considering Engineering course or perhaps looking to do post graduation as well.


The answer to your question is that, it is not recommended to candidates interested in working for software company to have distance education degree. You should complete degree in regular mode.


Such candidates are generally not given preference for the job. In companies like TCS, such candidates are not eligible for the job. Same is the case in various other companies. While you may be able to apply in some MNC, but they will always consider a candidate with degree in regular mode over you.


So my advice to you is don't pursue graduation in distance mode if you want to work for MNC in the field of sofware. Even if you completed post graduation in regular mode after distance graduation degree, companies would still won't consider you for the job.

Not all companies accept distance education, but some of them does. Can you tell me which are the companies does it. If some one has a list of them that will be good.
