Am I eligible for government job after doing graduation with 55% marks
hello every one,
i'm Ram from hyderabad, i have done my graduation(BA-tourism) from IGNOU and i got 55% marks . now can i attent for group exams ?? or any govt exam?? Am i eligible for govt jobs??? kindly inform me my mail id : [email protected] |

Dear friend yes you are eligible to apply both Govt. and Private sector jobs after completd Graduation degree in a recognized University.
After Graduation you are eligible to apply UPSC Civil Services Exam. Because the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University for apply Civil Services Exam. Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC in every year for the post of like:-IAS, IPS etc. Eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam:- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University. Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates. Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years And SC/ST category candidates 5 years. Number of Attempts:- General category candidates - 4 time OBC category Candidates - 7 time SC/ST category candidates - No limit. Physical Standard:-- Height – Male 165 cm and Female -150 cm Chest – Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm. Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm. Selection procedure :- - Preliminary entrance exam - Main entrance exam - Interview - Physical and medical test All the best...... |

Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC in every year for the post of like:-IAS, IPS etc.

Dear friend there are many jobs after Graduation you can apply for lot of Government job through Exam .
After Graduation you can eligibile to apply these exams:- UPSC Civil Services Exam:- Union Public Service Commission which conducts Civil Service exam for recruitment to the top administrative post under Central Govt. like IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS/IES etc. SSC CGL Exam:- Staff Selection Commission conducts exam for recruitment in various posts under Central Govt. Dept. RRB Exam:- Railway Recruitment Board conducts certain exam for appointment of officers in Railway Dept. Bank PO Exam:- Public Sector Bank through IBPS and SBI P.O. exam one can be appointed as Probationary Officer in Bank. State PSC Exam:- State Public Service Commission conducts exam through which you can join State Administrative Job in various State Govt. Dept. Age limit:- Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates. 3 years age relaxtion for OBC category candidates. For SC/ST category candidates 5 years age relaxation.
