Eligibility Criteria for PSCB Recruitment 2013
The Punjab State Cooperative Bank (PSCB) has invited applications for job profiles of Manager, Senior Manager, Information Technology Officer, and Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator. Graduates/Post Graduates in any subject are eligible for managerial positions. A minimum of 5 year work experience in related field is required for the profile of Senior Manager. MCA / M.Sc (Information Technology)/ B.Tech (IT/CSE) holders can look for the job position of ‘Information Technology Officer’.

Eligibility Criteria for ‘Senior Manager’ Recruitment in PSCB 2013
Candidate must hold any of the following qualifications to get recruited as ‘Senior Manager’ in PSCB.
- Graduation from a recognized University with at least 55% marks
- Post Graduation from a recognized University with at least 50% marks
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Master of Finance & Control (MFC) from a recognized University with at least 50% marks
- Graduation from a recognized University with at least 50% marks and CAIIB (Both Parts)
Apart from the basic qualifications mentioned above, candidates should hold certain desirable qualifications also. Candidates should have been appointed directly as Scale I Officer, i.e Probationary Officer / Management Trainee or equivalent. They should have at least 5 years of work experience as higher scale/Scale-I Officer in any of the public sector banks. Otherwise, they should have minimum five years of experience as Manager/ Assistant Manager in any Central Cooperative Bank of the state of Punjab/Punjab State Cooperative Bank. Those who have minimum 5 years of experience as Grade-A Officer in NABARD / RBI are also eligible. Such candidate should have passed Punjabi language of Matric Standard. Other candidates should have to pass the same within two years from the date of appointment.

Candidate must hold any of the following qualifications to get recruited as ‘Manager’ in PSCB.
- Graduation from a recognized University with at least 55% marks
- Post Graduation from a recognized University with at least 50% marks

- Graduation from a recognized University with at least 50% marks and CAIIB (Both Parts)
Eligible candidate should have passed Punjabi language of matric standard.
Eligibility Criteria for ‘Information Technology Officer’ Recruitment in PSCB 2013
MCA / M.Sc. Information Technology degree with a minimum of 50% marks is the qualification required. Engineering degree holders in any of the following subjects are also eligible.

Eligibility Criteria for ‘Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator’ Recruitment in PSCB 2013
Graduation or Post Graduation in any stream from a recognized University is the qualification required. Such candidates should hold diploma / certificate in Computer from an ISO certified institute. Such candidate should have passed Punjabi language of Matric Standard.
