my branch is cs engg(b.tech).my percentage is given:-
class 10th(bihar board)-50%
class Isc.(bihar board)-48.5%
class b.tech-60%
so sir,am i eligible for gov.job.if yes,which types of jobs are applicable.please sir tell in detail.

AS you have completed your B.tech degree in Computer science engineering, It mainly deals with the evolution of new technologies and there are many lots of employment opportunities for the computer science engineers and there are many top MNC's and also many companies which are available in the public sector and also in the private sector......

Yes you can apply for various government jobs based on your Engineering Graduation.

You can apply for IAS exam if you are interested to become an Administrative officer in India. Age must be between 21 to 30 years if you want to apply for this exam. There is age relaxation for other categories.

You can apply for CDS exam if you wish to join Defence services of India. You are engineer hence you will be eligible for all three branches of Defence provided your age is according to the limit. The selection in Defence is based on written exam ,SSB interview and medical examination.

You can also apply for AFCAT if you want to join Air force as officer . This exam is conducted for Graduates for flying branch , technical branch and ground duty branch of Air Force. You are engineer hence you will be eligible for all the three branches.

There is exam called Indian Forest Services exam conducted by UPSC . You can apply for this exam also .The age limit is same as IAS exam .

You can apply for Bank exams . There are posts like posts like specialist officer and IT officers for Engineering Graduates. The selection is based on written exam and interview.
You can also apply for other jobs in Bank like PO on the basis of Graduation .

There are many jobs for you in Government Sector but you have to crack exams to get the job. Hence yo must prepare well if you want to get a government job.

can i get a government job after passing class 12. And what xams i have to give to get a government job aftr isc?

I have score 56%marks in 10 and 66% marks in 12th.and doing btech from it will i be eligible for the government job.if yes then please tell which type of job?

Computer Science Engineers are eligible for various jobs in Public Sector Undertakings. Since you are meeting the marks criteria, it would be possible for you to apply for the PSU jobs.

I should point out that the opportunities for the Computer Science Engineers in the government sector especially Public Sector Undertaking is not as much as for Mechanical or Electronics and Communication Engineerings.

Still you will be able to find some good opportunities in several PSU companies like BSNL and MTNL. Before you apply for the job, please remember that there is no common written test for all the PSUs combined.

Each has its own exam. Some do not even conduct written test and instead ask for the GATE score. Which is why I will recommend you to appear for the GATE exam if you haven't done already.

Please see the criteria mentioned below for PSU jobs.

PSU Eligibility

1. PSU jobs are only available for Indian nationals.

2. You should have bachelor degree in Engineering.

3. With no less than 60 percent marks.

4. A valid GATE score is also required.

5. Your age should be 21 to 30 years.


Relaxation

1. 3 years for OBC

2. and 5 years for SC/ST.

The eligibility conditions for writing the government jobs exams are as follows
1)firstly you should be ba citizen of India
2)you have to pass your 10th and 12 th board exams there is no percentage required in these board exams to write the government job exams
3)there are governments jobs which recuirt based on the inter qualification forb those there is no need of minimum marks criteria
4)for some jobs there is a need of graduation for the those jobs there is a minimum percentage need in the graduation that minimum percentage depends on the caste
for sc/st candidates it is 55% in graduation
for obc candidates it is 60 %
for general candidates it is 65%

Yes, you are eligible for government job with these educational marks. Since you are of technical background, therefore you can apply for the jobs under Indian Engineering Services (IES); that provides employment for various engineering branches, like Mechanical, Civil, electrical, electronic and communication engineering, etc.

Besides, you can apply for the jobs in various PSU’s like ONGC, SAIL, GAIL etc., that provides employment on the basis of GATE score.

However, you can also apply for various graduations based jobs. You can apply for the job posts released by SSC, Banking sector, Insurance sector, UPSC etc. SSC conducts CGL examination for various officer grade posts, UDC and LDC exams for the clerical posts in Upper and lower division of various departments.

You can also apply for the administrative jobs like IAS, IPS, PCS exams. If you have an interest in the defense sector, then you can apply for the F-CAT exam, CDS, Intelligence Bureau (IB) exam for various posts etc.
