hi,
you are eligible may of he governments exams as for most of the exams the minimum requirement is a degree.As you have a technical degree you can apply for a more nuMber of exam like UPSC ,GRE

The basis criteria required for Maximum Government jobs are -

1. Age limit = 21 to 30 years.
2. Graduation from any recognized university.
3. 6/6 vision .
4. Minimum 60% marks in graduation.

As you have first class in your bachelor degree , so you are eligible for Government jobs.
Some companies for EEE are -

ISRO
DVC
BHEL
ECIL
Rail
Air Force
DRDO

YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE
Graduation from any recognized university.
3. 6/6 vision .
4. Minimum 60% marks in graduation.

offcourse u r eligible after eee...graduation in engg is best for job scenario in govt jobs and private jobs as well,,
