Am I eligible for IPS and IAS exam after scoring 54% in 10th, 47% in 12th?
SIR,
I have 54% in 10th & 47% in 12th within i am running in B.sc. (60%) . i m from sc . So i am eligiblr to IPS & IAS exam or not. Please give me reply. |

Dear pal,
the aspirants are admitted to the Indian police service by the union public service. The eligibility required for appearing in the exam includes 1. The aspirant should have completed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The duration of the course must be minimum me three years. 2. The minimum age required is 21. The maximum age for appearing in the exam is 30 for general category. For bc and mbc aspirant a relaxation me three years is given. For pc and st aspirants the relaxation given is 5 years. As you have not completed your degree course you are eligible to appear for the exam. You can appear only after the degree. The selection procedure for the post involves written exam, physical test and personnel interview. The written exam includes common aptitude exam followed by main exam. The main exam includes 5 optional papers. |

dear friend,
IPS and IAS exams are conducted by UPSC every year.. These are the civil service exams.. Through these exams you will be able to join in Administrative jobs. Eligibility for IAS and IPS exam:- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade. 2.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 3.Candidate must be a citizen of India. 4.Candidate must be physically fit. As you have already passed 10th and 12th then you just go for graduation course. No such percentage criteria is mentioned in the eligibility criteria. So, you just have to complete the graduation. IAS and IPS Eligibility :
Academic Qualification : The candidate must be graduate from any university. Age Limit : For General :21 to 30 years. There is no percentage is required to write civil services examination which is conducted by the UPSC once in a year. If you fulfill the following criteria then you are eligible to write civil services examination. Eligibility criteria: Any graduation from a recognised university and there is no percentage is required. Age limits is 21 to 30years. Final year students are also eligible to appear the exam. -->FOR IAS for applying for CSAT or civil services exam which is conducted by Union public service commission every year.. Here is Eligibility: -A candidate should have completed their graduation degree from any recognise university. -Age limit should be between 21 to 30 years. there is a relaxation in upper age for obc category is +3 years and for sc/st category is +5 years. -Maximum try available for general category is 4 times for obc 7 time and for sc/st no limit. all the best |

Sir am only 18 now .. i had a lot of dreams when i was young ... but when watching my society .. the bad deeds of society... i would like to change a bit as much as i can .. i wants to be a IPS oificer.... i just dont kno what to do!! I had reffered google for informations... can i get the exact information.... pls help me serve nation
