Correspondence graduate is eligible for IPS and IAS exam?


I did my 10th class and intermediate in english medium and degree bsc computers telugu medium in correspondence am I eligible for ips and ias exam .is there any objection

Yes, correspondence graduate are eligible for IPS and IAS exam.

UPSC conducts civil services exam in order to recruit personnel to the posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS etc.

The eligibility criteria required for civil services exam are as under:-

-The candidate should be an Indian.

-The candidate should have completed graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 32 years for general category.There is relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

-The no. of attempts for the exam is 4 times for general category under the creamy layer,7 times for OBC candidates and no limits for SC/ST candidates.

-The exam process involves

*Preliminary Exam

*Main exam

*Personality Interview.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the civil services examination conducted by the UPSC every year.

The required qualification to appear for the examination is candidates must have passed the graduation from any recognised university. Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years and relaxation in the age for the reserved category.

So you are eligible to appear for the examination. So start the preparation for the examination as the examination is conducted in the August every year. The application form for the examination is released in the month of May.

IAS and IPS exam is conducted by UPSC every year. IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative Service. IPS exam stands for Indian Police Service.

Correspondence graduate are eligible for IPS as well as IAS exam.

Minimum education qualification is graduation from a recognized university.

Age limit is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.

Age relaxation:

3 years for OBC

5 years for SC/ST candidates


Number of Attempts:

4 times for General category

7 times for SC/ST category

Selection Process:

Preliminary exam

Mains exam

Interview

Yes of course you can go for the IPS with your correspondence education degree. If your Bachelor degree is from a recognised university then definitely you can appear for this exam.

For this you have to appear in the CSE exam. Civil service examination is conducted by the UPSC every year for the various posts like IAS/IPS/IRS/IFS etc.

This exam is complete under the following three stages:-

1. Preliminary.
2. Mains.
3. Finals.

The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is to have a bachelor degree course in any stream from a recognised university with good percentile in aggregate.

Also the appearing aspirant's age must lie in between 21 years to 32 years to be eligible for this exam.If the appearing aspirant is of SC/St then get the relaxation by 5 years and Obc category aspirants gets the relaxation by 3 years.

No, there is no objection in appearing for the civil services examination for the candidates who have passed the graduation.

The candidates have to qualify in the civil services examination to get the jobs of the IAS,IPS,IFS etc..The eligibility criteria to appear for the examination which is among the toughest examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation degree.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years and the relaxation in the upper age limit of 3 years for the OBC and 5 years for the SC/ST.

So, if you have completed your graduation you are eligible to appear for the next year examination. There is no limitation on the medium,mode or the discipline of the graduation.

Actually it is civil services examination conducted for the IAS and IPS by the Union Public Service Commission every year.

Eligibility criteria:

~~Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. If you are final year candidates then also you can apply for the exam.

Since you have done bachelor's degree in correspondence mode, your institute must be be approved by the Distance Education council.

If it is DEC approved, you are eligible for the Civil Services exam.

IAS stands for the Indian Administrative Services and IPS stands for the Indian Police Services. The entrance exam for both these services is called Civil Services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

Eligibility criteria:

>>Any graduate can appear for this exam. Your institute must be recognized. If you have done your degree in distance then the institute must be approved by the DEC and UGC.

>>The age limit is 21-32 years for general category candidates and upper age relaxation for candidates of reserved category.

You can apply for the Civil Services exam next year when notification will be out in April 2016 at the official website of UPSC www.upsconline.nic.in.

The various stages of this exam is:

1. Preliminary examination.

2. Mains examination.

3. Personal interview.

The latest news is that CSAT has been made qualifying, a candidate just need to score 33% marks in it.

You can apply for the IPS & IAS exam it does not matter in you must have graduate regular basis or correspondence.
Age Limit:- Age between 21 to 30 years for general category.
For OBS candidates 21 to 33 years
For Sc/St candidates 21 to 35 years
No. of attempts:- For general 3 attempts
Foe OBC 5 attempts
For SC /ST 7
Exam Pattern:-1. Preliminery
2. Mains
3. Interview

Yes being a correspondence graduates are eligible for appearing for IAS and IPS exams.

Both IAS and IPS exams are jointly called as civil service exams. The eligibility for both the exams are same and candidate can choose either IPS or IAS.

The exam is conducted once in a year by UPSC board.

Eligibility for Civil service exams :

Nationality :
1. A candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. A subject of Nepal, Bhutan or refugee of Tibet etc

Qualification :
1. A candidate must complete bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Age limit :
1. A candidate must complete 21 years of age.
2. The maximum age limit is 32 years.
3. SC/ST candidates will get 5 years age relaxation.
4. OBC candidates will get 3 years age relaxation.
5. For ex-servicemen the age relaxation is 5 years.

No. of attempts to give for IAS exam :
1. General candidates can write the exam up to 6 times.
2. OBC candidates can write only up to 9 times.
3. There is no such limit for SC/ST candidates .

The written exam is of 2 papers
1. Preliminary exam
2. Main exam

Yes, you can apply for IPS and IAS post. For IAS and IPS you have to appear for civil services exam that is conducted by UPSC.

For Civil Services exam you need graduation degree from recognized college or university. Candidate appearing in final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for the exam.

Your age must be within 21 years to 32 years. There is relaxation in upper limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
