I am a keralite and done my entire schoolings under cbse in kerala. Whether i am eligible for Maharashtra PMT?

I was born and did my schooling upto 6th in Mumbai but now in Punjab. My family has also got property in Mumbai.
Can I apply for Maharashatra PMT 2012.

I am a domicile of rajasthan and now i want to do my schooling from Delhi , so will i be getting benefit of both states to appear in P MT
Please do give me information so that I can make the decision.
