Am I eligible for NPTI course after completing diploma in EEE with 83%?

I have completed dip in eee with 83 per. am i eleligble for npti courses.. if so what are the courses available and how can i apply..

I complete my diploma in mech with 70.27%.can I get admission in NPTI.
