if you are an general category student then you definitely need an rank of below 50 to get call from indian oil cooperation limited,it also depends on the branch you belong and the number of requirements in that branch, as far as the 80% percentile score is concerned there are many factors like number of students attempting the exam and the subject in which you are writing the exam, like for civil engineering an gate score of 500 can get you easily an percentile of 80 all the best

Exact ranking is not possible to give.But first 150 rank holders are called for interview last year.
