Those candidate have completed BDS and MDS from recognized university are eligible to join in Army for Dental Department.

But you must have score above 60% marks in through out career.

Your age should be in between 24 to 45 years.There is no age relaxation for Any Category.

The Process for selection Dental Doctor for Army is given below.This process is conducted by SSB.

1)Written Test

2)Personal Interview.

3)Physical and Medical Test.

Yes, BDS students are eligible for Indian Army through SSB exam.

BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery student can join Indian Army through appearing exam conducted by SSB.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery from a recognised University with at least 60% marks within the age of 24 to 45 years, is eligible to apply for this exam.

The SSB selection is through written exam followed by Personal Interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.
