i want to know for applying for bitsat whether we should get 80%marks in 11th also?Or is it related only with 12th?and does we should send our 12th marks list along with applicaton form?

80 in 12th is enough ,you don't require 80% in 11th also.

No you don't need to get a total of 80% in class 11th it just relate to class 12th's pcm %. Even you need not to send any marksheet with your application form. it is only required when you get selected in BITSAT.
so don't get confused in these queries and just concentrate on your studies

No you need to have 80% in 12th alone and regarding the application forms you need to fill them through online in their websites and take a print out of it and send it along with DD alone.

you are required to score 80% only in your class 12 result.

class 11 scores are not required for it.

no it no necessary to get 80% marks in 11th std,it is a compulsion for only 12 th std,so don't get worry.

no......dont worry yaar 80% in 12th is enough....but work hard for BITSAT....

you just have to get 80% in 12th standard only and not in 11th....although if you score it , it will be good for you in the online exam.....there is no need for 12th certificate while applying for the exam ....you will need it during verification once you clear the exam.......

No,there is no need of scoring 805in 11th class also .u must scored 805in 12th that is enough for bits pilani.

mere 11th mai 73% hai &12th mai 80% ,to kya mai bitsat ka form feel kar sakta hui

No there is no such requirement of 80% marks in 11th you just need to score 80% marks in 12th and 60% marks in each physics, chemistry and maths/biology.

The minimum requirement for BITSAT is you must have scored atleast 80 percent aggregate in you class 12 and must also have atleast 60 percent aggregate in PCM of class 12.

So, check out if you also have scored atleast 60 percent in your physics,chemistry,maths each then you can apply for it.

there are only 2 criteria for BITSAT:

1)score more than 80% in 12th

2)only freshers are allowed to write the exam

the advertisement for BITSAT- 2010 is released now. The Last Date for the completed Application form to reach Admissions Office, BITS, Pilani is 5.00 P.M. 30th January 2010.

the candidate should have obtained a minimum of 80% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects....
Even you need not to send any mark sheet with your application form..

your aggregate mark must be above 80% not necessarily in 11thu must score..but have to compensate it in your 12th marks...
i think if u donot want to take chances..then try n get above 85% ..be on the safer side .....

There is no requirement for class 11th marks.....

in bitsat exams 11th marks is not considred.they will only see the 12th marks.

i wanna tell u that ur score of 11thclass doesn,t matter ok u have 2 got the 80% marks in 12th not in 11th there is no restricttion ok u have 2 score 80% in 11th only u have 2 score 80% in 12th ok

The critaria is 80% in 10+2 level that means in 12 not in 11,but if you have 80% marks in 11 then very good...

For BITSAT exam, it is not necessary to get 80%marks in 11th....Whatever be your marks in the 11th, they only see your 12th class percentage....So study well and score at least 80% marks in 12th....

Candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board with Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics at least 75% of marks to get admission in B.I.T.S.A.T.

Only the students appearing 12th in this year and those who have passed their 12th standard, only those candidates are eligible for 2012 B.I.T.S.A.T. admission test.

Besides this the candidate must have some eligibility i.e. a adequate means fluent in spoken English.

for direct admission into bitsat for btech[pcm] do they take only 12th class marks [ie. 530] or do they take both 11th marks[ie 470] and 12th [530].
