This is the standard book for ECE.
Electronics Devices and Circuits U.A.Bakshi A.P.Godse Technical Publications.
Transistors,diodes,amplifiers are the basics u should cover.I say you not to study any question banks because you doesn"t give standard depth in ECE.

Here i mentioned some important books for ECE branch.This books is enough for preparing.
1.Electronics devices author name is aggarwal.
2.Signals and systems.
3.Control systems.
4.Vlsi and digital signal processing.
5.Digital electronics
