Some of the very good books for preparation of English Section are as under:


(1) Objective General English by Dr.R.S.Aggarwal & Shri Vikas Aggarwal (Price Rs 395)

This is another wonderful book from BSC publications; contents are very much similar as mentioned above. The book is designed keeping in mind, questions of bank exams. A must read for PO aspirants.

It is not possible to learn the grammar section for the bank po exam in Marathi as this part of the test will certainly be in English. So you prepare accordingly. One of the popular books which covers even simple concepts is Wren & Martin. Other than that you can refer to books like that under oxford publication, Upkar publication etc. If required you must join any popular coaching class for guidance in this area.

For any bank exams the following is the exam pattern:

Reasoning
General awareness
Quantitative aptitude
English.

For reasoning you need to prepare R.S.Agarwal books it is the most useful book for reasoning in bank exams.

Books to prepare for english:
English Grammar &
Composition BY WREN & MARTIN,.
Magical Book Series:
English Is Easy by Shri
Chetananand Singh.
