many books are available for deffrent subject. but arihant & upkar publication for IAS exam are the best books.firstly you should refer the previous year question paper.

dear friend
For clearing IAS exams have a thorough knowledge of these items
1. NCERT books from 6-12th
2. Aptitude and a little reasoning. You can try RS Aggrwal for this
3. Take any coachings material
4. see previous 10-20 years paper and solve those
these are enough.
But still want some more then try CSR/ Chronicle/PD magazines
