Yes, after completion of the B.E degree, you can appear for IAS and KAS exams. K.A.S stands for Kashmir Administration Service and it is conducted by Kashmir Public Service Commission. The eligibility for the candidate is as follow minimum age should be 21 years and maximum should be 35 years. Candidate should be citizen of India and completed graduation from a recognized university. The exam is conducted in three parts of preliminary examination, main examination and personality test. http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in. For IAS, candidate should have a graduate degree from recognised university. In case IAS, UPSC conducts the examinations comprises of three sections Preliminary Examination which covers objective type questions, Mains which is subjective type questions and personal interview questions. You need to be a graduate in regular stream for being eligible for appearing in the Indian Administrative Service exams conducted by UPSC. You are eligible to fill the form provided the university is recognized. |
