BAMS stands for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery and no there is no lateral entry option after BAMS to MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) and it is five year duration course.

So, if you want to pursue course the minimum duration of course will be five year after 10+2 or even after higher courses.

The eligibility to appear for entrance examination is candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCB as main paper. For more information about the admission in the course visit the official website of university or college.
