Yes of course,you can fill the application of the CDS examination.

CDSE Stands for Combined Defence Service Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission and this examination is conducted for select to the candidates into various defence service like Military Academy,Naval Academy,Air force Academy and Officer Training Academy examination.

Lets see the eligibility criteria for this examination and if want to apply for this examination and then you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria :-

IMA/OTA :-

The Aspirant should have passed degree with any stream of a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

Naval Academy :-

The Aspirant Should have passed B.Sc degree (with physics and mathematics ) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

Air force Academy :-

The Aspirant must have completed Bachelor's degree (with physics and mathematics at 12th level examination) or graduate degree in Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

Age limits :-

-Military Academy :- Unmarried male applicant 19 - 24 years.
-Naval Academy :- Unmarried male applicants 19 -22 years.

CDS(Combined Defence Services ) exam is conducted by UPSC.BCA student can also apply for this exam.

There are various posts in CDS and eligibility criteria is for all posts.as-

For IMA exam-Unmarried male candidates can apply.

To apply for this exam you should not born earlier than 2nd January, 1988 and not later than 1st January, 1994 .

Yes the BCA students can also apply for the CDS exam. Now I am on the doubt that why you are thinking that BCA candidate cannot apply for the CDS exam the BCA course is also a degree course and this course is demanding in many fields. But for applying in the CDS exam the minimum marks required is 60% without any backlog.

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.
