i am commerce student and i want to do BCA and i am studying in class 12.can BCA student give ssc,ips exam? because i am very much interested to become a police officer.

A graduate from any stream are eligible to appear for civil service exams. There is no standard set for the stream of study and neither any standards have been set for percentage of marks. But since you have enough time, you must work hard to score good marks. You should also keep yourself updated regarding the syllabus of civil service exam. You must start preparing for the exam along with your bachelor programme. You must work hard in subjects like general studies and english to do well in civil service and other similar exams.

You can start your training from now itself and can prepare for the exams well
Since there a lot to study you have to prepare from your pre-graduation itself.
You have to read two news papers daily and try to get enough knowledge of current affairs
You can also give stress on improving the verbal skills also
Organize your studies and keep in track of your academics also

any student who have passed graduation in any field with atleast 60% marks is eligible to give ssc, ips exam. so, after completing your BCA, you will be eligible for the exam. you can fill the application form of the exam, when you will be ib final year of BCA.

IPS exam is conducted by UPSC. There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IPS exam.

Those candidate have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university are eligible for IPS exam.

But your age should be in between 21-30years for general candidate.
In IPS exam their is provide age relaxation for OBC candidate is 3years and for SC/ST candidate is 5 years.
