Since you are commerce student, you are eligible to join only in Diploma in GNM.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in nursing course is
Candidate must have studied 11 and 12 standard from science stream
Candidate must have at least scored 45% in 12 standard
Some of the colleges conduct their enterance exam , some directly give admission on the basis of your marks in 12 standard
So as you have not completed your 12 in science stream you will not be able to take up a degree nursing course
