can girls be there in Indian navy.. Please send to me the details for the same

Indian Navy can be joined through cracking NDA entrance exam.

NDA - National Defence Academy exam conducted by UPSC twice every year to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The Girls candidate are not eligible to join NDA as it is only meant for Male candidate.

The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Navy of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th Exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.

Girls if interested can apply for Indian Officer's Training Academy of CDS after Graduation Degree within the age of 19 to 25 years.

Girls are not eligible for the Indian Navy. Only male candidates are eligible for this Navy. But candidate should be unmarried.

To join the Indian Navy first you can crack the NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year.

NDA-I and NDA-II

NDA has three wings:

Indian Air force

Indian Army

Navy

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should complete the 12th standard from recognized state board.

Candidate should not required for the percentage for this exam.

Candidate should be citizen of India.

The candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

No upper age relaxation is applicable for other categories.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam.

Girls are not eligible for this exam.

Candidate should be physically and Medically fit for this exam.

For Navy / Air force wings:-

Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

Age limit:-

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.
