Re: Can I appear directly in JEE Advanced if qualified in JEE Main last year?
The acronym JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination.
You can not appear for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced stage directly without qualifying in JEE Main. JEE has two stages JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Candidate must qualify JEE Main first to become eligible for JEE Advanced. There are two consecutive attempts for JEE Advanced and three for JEE Main.y |

Re: Can I appear directly in JEE Advanced if qualified in JEE Main last year?
JEE stands for joint entrance examination and it is held by CBSE once every years for offering admission in undergraduate technical degree course across various centrally funded Institute of Technology like IIT, NIT, ISM, IIIT,etc. and other private Engineering Colleges.
The same examination is conducted in two stages which includes JEE main followed by JEE Advanced. Having cleared JEE Main last year you are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced of this year provided you have not appeared in JEE advanced of last year. For more details and FAQS regarding JEE, you can refer to the official link of JEE i.e; www.jeemain.nic.in. |

No, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced directly.
Candidates who have passed in JEE Main are eligible to appear in Advanced examination in the same year and are not eligible for next year. You have to again appear and qualify in Main to become eligible to appear for Advanced. The maximum number of attempts for Main - 3 and Advanced - 2. |

Re: Can I appear directly in JEE Advanced if qualified in JEE Main last year?
1. It is not possible to appear for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced on basis of JEE Main of last year. JEE Main and Advanced of 2018 is over. JEE 2019 will be conducted next year. Notification can be expected in December, 2018.
2. NTA will conduct JEE twice and admission will be based on best of two exams that is on higher marks secured in JEE in either of two exams. |

Re: Can I appear directly in JEE Advanced if qualified in JEE Main last year?
JEE is Joint Entrance Examination. It is conducted in two stages as Main and Advanced.
The examination is conducted for admission in B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch course. Candidates are eligible to appear in Advanced stage only after qualifying in Main stage in the same year. So, you will be not eligible to appear in Advanced stages on the basis of score in Main examination in previous year. |

Re: Can I appear directly in JEE Advanced if qualified in JEE Main last year?
You can apply for JEE Main thrice and for Advanced stage twice after qualifying in Main examination.
The result of Main score is valid only for the same year and you are not eligible to appear for Advanced stage on the basis of score in Main examination of last year. So, you have to again appear for examination to get admission. |

No, you are not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced if qualified in Main last year.
You will have to again appear in Main examination and qualify in it for appearing in Advanced stage. There are only two chance for Advance examination ( 1st - year of appearing for 12th ) and next year. |
