i have passed ssc before 7 yrs can i appear hsc,& from which university

i had failed in 12th arts exam i want to give exam again after 8 years

Can I appear for HSC Commerce/arts after passing SSC 24 years back?

Yes, you can apply for your H.Sc after 7 years of passing SSC.
You can approach college directly to get admission.
For now to study there wont be any restriction but a reason should be there as evidence for these 7 years gap
